Like all sports, kite surfing or kite boarding is one of those activities that can be made to look easy when you know what you are doing. With the world's fastest kite surfers getting up to speeds of around 50 knots it pays to know what you are doing too. I photographed this surfer a few months ago on one of my outdoor shoots on the Cumbrian coast and got loads of great action shots on the water and in the air.
