We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on faulty items as long as you return the item within 14 days of the date of original purchase.

You are responsible for returning the item. It should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item is damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, we may make a deduction from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

• Used items
• All sale items
• Personalised items, eg personalised text or names
• Bespoke or made to order items eg. commissioned portrait products, items with custom designs or customised text.
