An outdoor couple photo shoot with Paul Holland, at a location of your choice within 50 miles of Kendal. Ideal for engagements, anniversaries or a pre-wedding portrait session, your shoot typically lasts around 1½–2 hours and includes one mounted 8 × 6 inch print of your choice.

Choose a place that means something to you and spend time together creating a mix of candid and posed portraits. Paul will guide you throughout, helping you feel comfortable and creating photographs that reflect your personalities. From engagement photography in the Lake District to a birthday or Valentine's Day gift, this is a chance to celebrate your relationship.

Where can our photo shoot take place?

Choose an outdoor location within 50 miles of Kendal, covering Cumbria, north Lancashire and North Yorkshire. Contact Paul to discuss locations further afield, such as Cheshire, Greater Manchester or Northumbria.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Paul checks the forecast a few days before your outdoor photo shoot and discusses it with you. If necessary, your session can be rearranged for a different date at no extra charge.

How long does the session last?

Typically around 1½–2 hours, although there is no restriction on time. Paul will take the time needed to help you relax and create your portraits.

Do we need to be confident at posing?

No. Paul will guide you throughout the session to create photographs that suit your personalities.

What should we wear?

Choose clothes you feel comfortable wearing. Paul can advise you nearer the day of your shoot. In cold weather, you can make a feature of your winter clothes by including accessories such as hats and scarves.

We're nervous about having our photographs taken. Can you help?

It's common to feel nervous before a photo shoot. Paul will guide you during the session so you can be yourselves, relax and enjoy spending time together.

When can we view our photographs, and what is included?

Your secure online gallery of 20–40 professionally edited images will be ready within 1–2 weeks. Choose your favourite for the mounted 8 × 6 inch print included with the session. The edited gallery is a selection to choose from, please ask about options for additional printed products or digital images.

Can we give the session as a gift?

Yes. Choose Photo Shoot & Posted Gift Voucher for a posted voucher, or Photo Shoot (no voucher required) for your own booking. All purchases are valid for one year, giving you time to arrange your session.
