Here are my top suggestions for Christmas gifts this year, featuring my most popular items along with a few new ones that I am excited to tell you about. 1. Book: In The Frame by Paul Holland
Contains over 70 pages of Paul’s favourite black and white photographs taken over the last three years featuring people and places in Kendal, Cumbria.

2. Photo restoration
Your old or damaged photos can be restored so they can be seen again as they were originally intended to be. I take a copy of your original photograph which I can then digitally enhance and repair. Your original photo print is returned to you unchanged.
The price quoted for this service includes one new photographic print of the repaired version at any size up to 8x6in. Extra prints or larger sizes are available at a small additional cost.

3. Outdoor shoot Package
New! Get TWO outdoor shoots of your choice during 2026 and save compared to individual prices. You (or the gift recipient) can choose any two photo shoots including family/group, couple, dog/pet, horse & rider, individual, child/children, maternity.
Individual shoots are still available but this new package saves you money if you want a few photo shoots throughout the year and each of your shoots can be different.
Fancy a photo shoot on your own? No problem. A photo shoot with siblings, parents and grandparents? Have both. You choose what you would like and you get a year to book your two photo shoots. You can even share the cost with friends and each have your own photo shoot.

Paul offers a range of one to one photography tuition to suit your needs. Perfect for any level from complete beginner to intermediate and advanced levels. With a one-to-one, face-to-face photography training session you can ask any questions you want so that the training session is entirely tailored to your needs.
You choose what you want to spend your time on, whether it's a general introduction, equipment advice, camera controls and settings, composition and light, post production, or specific photography genres such as portraiture, street photography, weddings, or travel photography. Perhaps you want to take better family portraits, improve your holiday photos or get great photos of your dog?
From smartphone photography to DSLR and mirrorless, each session is completely tailored to your experience level and covers the things you want to photograph. Paul has over fifteen years experience as a full time, professional photographer (and is also a qualified tutor!)

5. Wall Art
Update your decor with one of Paul's unique photographs or designs printed onto archival quality, heavyweight, 100% cotton canvas. Your canvas will be made to order in a choice of sizes, with the option of adding a surrounding frame. There is a big choice from local Kendal and Lake District scenes to still life and graphical non-photo designs. You can even commission your own at no extra cost.

6. Your own photo onto canvas
For an even more unique gift, why not have your favourite photo made into a wall canvas? I can advise on suitability (canvas shape and size). Email your image to Paul for free advice about what print size you can achieve without losing any quality. Of course, you can also choose any of the smaller sizes. If required, your picture can be made to look as good as possible with any colour or brightness enhancing adjustments provided free of charge.
Your photo will be printed onto the same high quality, heavyweight cotton canvas as used for Paul’s own photos.

7. Your own photo made into a small jigsaw
This is a lovely gift and the perfect keepsake. You image will be printed onto a small 120 piece jigsaw which is supplied in a smart metal tin. The full image is shown on the tin lid. It's a perfect gift for younger children (age 3+ years due to small parts) and families. You choose your favourite image and we do the rest.

Choose from a range of limited edition, graphic art prints. They combine Paul's photography with a vibrant style of graphic art. There are seven prints to choose from all featuring Kendal scenes and each design is available in either A3 or A2 size. Printed on a high quality, smooth, heavyweight 250gsm silk paper, each one is signed, annotated and numbered by Paul. Limited to 100 of each design and size, edition numbers have been kept low to keep them unique.

10. Pack of Five A5 Kendal postcards (stocking filler)
A perfect and inexpensive way to give Paul’s photos as a gift. The set includes five different photographic postcards of Kendal. At A5 size they are approximately twice the size of a standard postcard and they are printed on a thick, luxurious card stock. They can be written on and used as postcards or framed to create great value wall art.
