Choose the type of portrait photo shoot you would like from a one-person shoot to couples, families, children, horses, dogs and cats or smaller pets. 
The standard price for all my location photo shoots is the same. 

All of this is included with every photo shoot package:

  • 1½ - 2 hour session
  • I travel to you or meet you at your choice of location, up to 50 miles from Kendal
  • Capturing everyday moments or more specialised requests at no extra cost
  • A free print of your favourite image
  • Images ready to view in about 2 weeks

Every photo shoot is a story waiting to be told. Whether you are looking to freeze a moment in time or bring a unique, creative vision to life, I will tailor the experience just for you. How will you use your photo shoot?

Everyday Moments - Capturing the magic in the everyday.
Relaxed portraits of you and the people or animals you love. Celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or simply this moment in your life.

Speciality Artwork - Transforming imagination into timeless art.
Have something more imaginative in mind? From fantasy and cosplay to dance and boudoir, I will create a session around your ideas, at no extra session charge.  Some of my favourite shoots have started with, “Could you photograph…?”

Buying and booking a photo shoot is easy:

CHOOSE YOUR SHOOT

Choose your photo shoot type, from photo shoots for one person, to families, children and pets. Photo shoots are valid for one year from purchase

ARRANGE THE DATE

You, or the person receiving your gift, can contact me to arrange the photo shoot as soon as you like. Contact me if you have questions about your shoot or would like to arrange a specialised session (such as fairy art, dance, cosplay etc).

ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE

Relax and enjoy your photo shoot. I will guide you to help create a choice of images that you will love, and they will be ready to view a few weeks later.

Frequently Asked Questions: Photo Shoots

  • 1. Do you choose the location, or do I?

    I always suggest choosing locations that have a personal meaning to you, however I can recommend stunning outdoor locations for you if you wish.

  • 2. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

    I will check the weather a few days before and discuss this with you. You can choose later, alternative dates at no extra cost if conditions aren't ideal.

  • 3. I feel very awkward in front of a camera. Will you guide me?

    Don't worry, a lot of people feel the same about being photographed. I will use prompts and gentle direction to guide you. I want you to love your photo shoot experience as well as the photos I create for you. 

  • 4. Can I discuss my ideas for a photoshoot with you first?

    Yes, please just contact me to discuss your ideas. No ideas are too niche.

  • 5. Is there an extra charge for a speciality artwork photo shoot?

    No. You are free to use your photo shoot as you wish without extra charge. You simply need to purchase the correct shoot for an individual, couple, family, children, etc. Contact me so we can discuss what you want and then I can plan your photo shoot.

  • 6. How many photos do we get? Are there any hidden fees?

    I include one print (your choice of image from the selection I create) with every photo shoot. Additional items such as wall decor, albums, print collections or digital image files are extra cost but completely optional.

  • 7. I would like to buy a photo shoot as a gift. How does this work?

    Select the type of photo shoot you want to gift. If you are unsure, consider buying a session to a value of your choice and they can choose how to use it. If you would like a physical gift voucher, select the gift voucher option and we will post one to the delivery address you provide. 

  • 8. Can I check availability for a specific date?

    Yes, let me know the date(s) you have in mind and I will check availability for you. Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions, however there is no charge if you book a date and we need to reschedule.

  • 9. Do you photograph further afield such as Cheshire, Northumbria, Greater Manchester, etc?

    Yes. Please contact me before purchase to discuss the location you have in mind. There may be a small additional cost depending on the distance from Kendal.
